To access your files on our separate Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE), please click the “Customer Files” button and input your Username and Password when you are asked for it. If you do not have a Username and Password, or it is not working, Please contact Mason.

On the Schedule of Services Page, you will find detailed information, options, and rates for all of the services the Hi-Rel provides from testing to training. For more information or a quote on a specific service that you require, please fill out the Quote Request Form.
On the Customer Training Page, you will find various classes, seminars and workshops that Hi-Rel provides to teach customers useful skills in areas such as testing component problems and how to avoid future problems. Training details, dates, and rates are listed.
Quote Request Form
To find out how much a service will cost for your particular testing needs, please fill out the Quote Request Form. After this form has been submitted, Hi-Rel will evaluate the details of your request and will contact you once a quote has been completed.
Testing Submission Form
After you have received a quote for a service from Hi-Rel, please fill out the Testing Submission Form to get the process of your testing started. Once we have received this form, we will be able to begin preparing for your request.
